Well, I have travelled to 56 countries, depends on what you like, I tend to like darker-haired women as I believe they are more passionate and s**y and make eye contact (unlike in America, where eye contact is a sin) , here is my rank order:

Brazil

India

China

France (not so much dark hair, but very s**y)
