On average? Hmm...tough to say. Maybe USA since its citizens are so large, and an aggressive male culture is encouraged (as it should be). Then again, west Africans can get pretty big...

I dont know the parameters of your hand to hand combat argument.......but Jamaicans are dang near deadly with a " 2 bi 4"...or a nice "rockstone"...or a " bruk - back ratchet"...."nuh bwoy tess"..........real talk homie

When I was in South Korea several years ago, it seemed that nearly everybody was an expert at Tae Kwon do(sp).  Even out in the country people were doing spinning back kicks to hit soccer balls.  I am sure they were showing off to the Army convoys but I was impressed.

I would guess Israel. It is one of the few countries that requires conscription. That is, everyone that is physically able and in a certain age group must spend time in the military.
