I think that all the countries in South America have their share of cute guys... no offense to anyone but I think Mexican guys are the cutest in the world (of course Mexico isn't South America but those guys take the biscuit in the cuteness department.  They're also the sweetest and most romantic).

depends on what u like

if u like white european looking boys you're better of in countries like Argentina, uruguay or chile since most people there originated from europe.... also thhe south of brazil.

if u like the brown skin high cheekbone straight hair indigenous types thhen bolivia, peru or ecuador

if u liike black or mulato types ur better off in northern brazil, colombia or venezuela

if u like ricky martin, kaka football player, enrique iglesias types ur better off in pretty much all of south america since that type of is quite common just about every where in any country there.

however if u like all varieties ur better off in brazil, colombia and venezuela since those three countries have mostly multi racial societies as opposed to the others where one race dominates the other IE: Argentina most people are white, peru most people are indigenous etc.
