  1. if not venezuela or colombia.........peru is your best bet .

  2. Venezuela!!!

  3. Antigua, Guatemala. They have good teachers and a beautiful envionment.

  4. I would say Peru, but FYI, I often hear that Colombian spanish is the easiest to understand because it has very little accent, specially for the English-speaking community. Grammatically speaking and for writing purposes, spanish is very well spoken there.

I hope you are not ruling out Venezuela and Colombia because of political or safety reasons. I may be biased being from Colombia, but if you haven't been there, I think you're missing a great opportunity. Bogota is very safe for visitors and there's lots of things to do for fun.

  5. Outside your two choices, you mar want to consider Antigua, Guatemala. It has a good reputation, has a host of schools and tutors and Antigua is one of the most beautiful colonial towns, anywhere.

  6. Colombia, the general comment you hear is that Colombia speak the best spanish in Latin America. I am not from Colombia

  7. Colombia...

  8. Why not Spain?  No place like where the language originated to learn it best.  To make my point, I wouldn't come to the United States to learn English since we have changed it's use in so many ways.

  9. I would deffinitly say Bolivia(LA PAZ) because they don't have accent
