What country is most/least dangerous out of england, france and germany?

Crimes would be mugging, and beating up americans.france seems to me like the safest, my co-worker told me that his firend got jumped by some germans in munich because he was american. If your not sure than a guess would be appreciated :)

it depends on where you go in those countries. Germans are pretty friendly from my experience. i would say france I've found they do not like Americans very much especially if you cant speak their language.and England seems pretty safe.
