What country is not in the United Nations?

I believe there are 3, I think one of them is Western Sahara

Ichkeria, Kosovo, South Ossetia, Somililand Western Sahara, Taiwan, Abkhazia, Puerto Rico, Northern Cyprus, Palestinian Authority, and the Holy See are all not fully recognized members of the United Nations. Abkhazia and South OSsetia are considered parts of Georiga, Puerto Rico is a self-administrating territory of the United States of America, Northern Cyprus is recognized only by Turkey, the Holy See/Vatican City has chosen to decline full member status (it's only an observer member, although it can become a full member at any time), Ichkeria is considered a part of Russia, Somaliland is considered a part of Somalia, Taiwan is considered a part of China, the Palestinian Authority is considered a part of Israel , and Kosovo while independent is considered a part of Serbia.

Basically, any country that is not recognized by members of the permanent Security Council (that is, the U.S.A., the former U.S.S.R./Russia, China, France, or the U.K.) or is unrecognized by most countries in the world does not have a seat in the United Nations.
