Dial 00. That will get you an overseas operator and they can set you straight.

The number don't make sense at all.  South Africa country code is 27, but no city code start with 7...   And there is no country code starts with 277 either.

It's impossible to determine where the number is from - could be from many countries.

I believe it is south africa, but a cell phone.
