What country provides the best standard of living in its prisons?

Im guessing it would probably be UK prisons, it seems more like a social club but of course i havent spent any time in prison so im just making a guess.

That social club that you mention is h**l on earth in reality. My guess is that you read the sun. Best prisons include Holland and Norway. Norway you have to book up two years in advance to get in. True!
