  1. Antartica because when the Earth is spinning on it's axis, it never recieves full sunlight. Hope this helps.

    There are countries that lie from 66.5 to 90 (latitudes) in the Northern and Southern hemisphere that have 24-hr daylight and 24-hr darkness for some months a year on an alternating basis..Scandinavian countries, Canada (partly), Russia (partly), Iceland and Antarctica fall into this category..
