  1. If you dug a hole straight through the earth, intersecting the core, you would not end up still in the southern hemisphere.

The coordinates for Buenos Aires are 34.61° S, 58.37° W.  If you take 180, subtract the longitude, and make it East, you will get your longitude.  Then take the Latitude, and simply make it 34.61 N instead of S.  You end up with this:

    34.61 N, 121.63 E

If you put this into Google Maps, you unfortunately end up in the Yellow Sea, about 100 miles east of a city called Lianyungang in China.

Don't feel bad, though.  Most of the world's complete opposite is in the water somewhere.

  2. You end up in the Indian Ocean, halfway between the Ayacucho and Arrecifes partidos in the southwest Indian ridge, south of Madagascar.

  3. Wow, a lot of contrasting answers- lol.

I looked at one of those spinning globe things, I'd say China.

Why did you want to know anyway?

  4. India?

  5. Argentina, they just cant be assed to drive it all the way...

  6. china?

  7. malos aires

  8. Southern Turkey or Northern Syria

  9. erm russia ?
