What countrys allow single woman to adopt?

I know the following countries do allow single women to adopt (there are probably more), but most agencies will only accept a certain number of single applicants per year. Some agencies will only work with married couples, even if the country allows single parent adoptions.

in Florida...they will adopt to a single mother, BUT, the child has to be over 5 years old.

USA.  Try adoptionhelp.org.  I know they allow it.

also some countries that will allow single women to adopt have an age limit on the woman adopting.  She would have to be over a certain age before she was allowed to adopt.  (some is 35, some 40, some 45).

I do know that China will allow single women to adopt.  They are one of the countries that requires that the single woman be over 40.  (again this may vary by agency)

Probably the same countries where single women are allowed to help support mothers trying to keep their children.

Pretty much everywhere if you have an untapped credit card with a large limit.

Its cheaper to help women in 3rd world countries keep their babies. It would cost...less than..... $50 a month.
