What countrys want to tackle and control Global Warming?

Any information on what countrys want to control Global warming and why they hold these views?

Every country in the world....except the US!

Why do they support the fight against global warming? Because EXTINCTION SUCKS!

Mostly the Northern European EU countries.  

Why?  Because environmentalists have a strong influence in these countries, and any word espoused by them is taken as truth, without question.

No one can control the natural cycles of our Earth.  We can try and do less to hurry it along, but we cannot control anything.

Nearly every country in the world has signed the Kyoto protocol and are taking steps to reduce emissions and have programmes in place to do so.  All the member states of the EU are doing this. The three major 'maverick' countries who have not taken this on board are the US, China and India.

A lot of countries want to talk about it, but not many are prepared to change their policies in response to it.

The Europoean union is quite pro-action, but that action is likely to have a separate agenda to keep US products out of the EU.

Obviously not many. Most people either do not believe in man made global warming, or feel there isn't much we can do about it. If they did, big changes would be taking place. I see little happening.

I see some talk about fuel for cars, but cars are less than 10% of our CO2 Production. The real culprits are power plants and deforestation.

AFAIK all countries have now basically accepted that its an issue which needs tackling - but not many are

Lots of talk, not much action.
