What courier do the usps use when they send a item to england?

Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size of the package.

we have them in England aswell..

EDIT:

you would prob have to contact there customer services to find out for sure but for the most part items sent to the UK would go int to the british mailing system which yould be the Post Office (Royal Mail)
