What court surface will the Olympic Tennis be played on?

I understand its in Beijing, so automatically I would think the Tennis would be played in the same stadiums as the Beijing Tournament. They are Hard, so will the Olympics be played on hard courts?

Yes the olypmics will be played in hard court because ITF and the Beijing Organizing Committee chose the court surface.

There is a new stadium that was built for the Olympics and it is played on a Hard court-Decoturf II.

Good question! I think Hard Court. I hope so, it's the most equalizing of all of them.

Its a hard court. Decoturf, just like the surface in the US Open.
