I have acne spots and I want to cover them all up. What makeup can I use to cover them up without clogging my pores? I heard that Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation works really well, but i'm not sure if it'll work with my oily skin. What should i use?

  1. neutregena has a concealer type product made for people with acne. it even has acne fighting ingredients right in the bottle!

it works wonders. and when you think about it, if their cleansers are so awesome with sensitive skin... wouldnt their makeup be aswell? lol

  2. maybelline pure makeup is specifically made for oily skin. it is oil-free, won't clog your pores and has water in it, to control your shine all day!

  3. Make sure you're using a good moisturiser so that the founation doesn't make the spots worse and leave it for 10 mins before putting foundation on.

I've got quite oily skin and use maxfactor  flawless perfection - it has a base coat which goes on first to create a 'perfect' base.

Then a concealer for any realy bad blemishes and a powder to get rid of any shine left on nose and forehead. I know that all sounds like a lot of makeup - but I only use maxfactor as it is light and doesnt clog my pores up. It also has sun protection.

If you go on the maxfactor site, it has apretty good questionnaire to recommend a foundation (then buy it half price on ebay! :) )

  4. Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation is very good

try MAT VELVET OIL FREE FOUNDATION SPF 20 from make-up forever

it is more expensive  but is is better than the maybelline one

  5. I've heard Bare Minerals does wonders.  And it isn't oily and annoying.  According to their commercials, it doesn't feel like makeup.
