What craft activities can i do with a 10 year old boy who has ADHD?

I'm Babysitting my 10 year old cousin but has ADHD what activities can i do with him to keep him occupied?

Dpending on how long he is with you, planting sunflower seeds or cress then watering each day and watching it grow?

Treasure Hunt finding items on a list you create for him?
