What craft can i do with ribbons?

Not sure  what type of ribbon you have so I listed a variety of crafts.

dried flowers  make center piece, scrapbooks, you could add to hair clips

you can weave different ribbons together and make fabric out of it. Then use the fabric to make purses, bags, or even clothing.

you might want to weave them together and then use iron on interfacing to "glue" them together.

you can also use ribbon to make roses

or to make bottle carriers - attach each end onto an "O" ring. The "O" ring hooks onto the top of a drink bottle and you  can carry it over your shoulder.  I saw them for sale at a craft fair for $6 and thought - shoot- I could make those!
