What creative things can be done with pancake mix?

Question

This is real pancake mix, powered, its not bisquick just so you know. I have tons of it. Anyway to use this in receipes other than pancakes?

Sorta like I had leftover pudding mixes so I used those in cookies? Whatcha' got? Thanks!

I did alittle searching and found this website with all these recipes that you can use pancake mix in! Who would've known you can use that stuff in so many things! Now the real question is why you have so much of it?? hmmmm?

this sounds a little strange, but trust me, its delicious!

make the battter a little thicker, add some hot sauce and use it for a batter to fry chicken tenders

add chocolate chips to pancake mix, cook and top with your vanilla ice cream.

I don't know if you use pancake mix to make them, but i would think funnel cake, like at the fair. Yum!

We made these pancake ball things with a special pan. It's like a puff pastry, but you put like blueberry or whatever you want in the middle of the pancake puff.

You could try to make muffins with it also.

If ya make the batter a little thicker than you would use for pancakes you can make corndogs. Just poke a stick in a hotdog, dip it in the batter and fry it in hot oil. Not the healthiest food, but oh so yummy!

You can also add a bit of sugar and make funnel cakes like someone else suggested. Just heat up some oil, make your pancake mix and the easiest way I have found is to put the mix in a pitcher and pour small streams into the the hot oil. When it is brown on one side flip it over and brown it on the other side. Pull them out with a slotted spoon onto a paper towel and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
