Bob Osborne. He's done an outstanding job of keeping Carl Edwards out front and battling for wins & the championship while the rest of Roush/Fenway backslides again. It pains me to say this, because I'm a big supporter of R/F but the rest of the organization could and should be doing better.

That's really easy to answer, STEVE ADDINGTON!!!!! him and kyle have 8 wins this season so far and by the end of the season he will have about 13 to 14 wins. steve has made all the right calls except in new Hampshire, if kyle would have stayed out he would have 9 wins rite now

I would have to say Michael Waltrip's crew chief because he wrecks, big time, every week, and has a nice, new car the next week.  I'm also impressed that he shows up to his job everyday because, I imagine it would be a bit depressing.

I have to agree with Steve Addington. You cant argue with job he has done with Kyle Busch. 8 wins and kicking butt in the overall standings.

Obviously Steve Addington! Oh what is it now, 8 wins this year with Kyle Busch??!! He knows how to lead a team and give Kyle a car he can win with each week. That's an unbiased answer because I don't root for Kyle in any way/shape/form...but got to give #18 Kudos (or is that Combos?LOL) for a job well done this year.
