  1. In Texas one of the 50 states in the United States of America;

    Failure to pay child support could earn your license taken away.  Driving with suspended license for various reasons and Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs can earn your license being taken away.  

    PS: these offenses are not the only offenses that can revoke your license......there are many more; even spousal abuse can earn your license being revoked.
