  1. murder, child abuse and hiding the remote control

  2. vs. death or vs. parole or some lesser penalty?

Not enough information to judge this actually.

If the state has death penalty (that is a hard one to even give an opinion on as so many we find out were innocent through improved DNA and  yet we'd like to string up those guilty).  So the more serious offenses - death or life without parole should go to serial killers, to murder where there are no mitigating circumstances such as passion or no intent to murder, etc.  Rape in child under 10 or 12. and not in puberty.  Would have used higher figures some years ago, but more and more children are having s*x now, but still should be an age where it is so  horrible that they should be locked up and the key thrown away. Maybe even rape and attempted murder.

    That is my personal opinion.

  3. murder

  4. Killing someone who didn't deserve it, um s*x with babies, animals, and ugly chicks. just kidding, the things that already get life sentences plus child molesters and what not people who actually destroy someones whole life because of selfish acts like the such

  5. No crimes should warrant a life sentence, if a person has committed a crime that we must remove them from society for the rest of their life, then we should simply take their life.  Why spend money keeping them alive when they won't contribute anymore anyway.  Pointless if you ask me...  Jail should be for sentences of 5 years or less, counciling, manual labor, job training, and a work program that funds their jail time should be manditory.  You pay your own way to be in jail.  Also, heavy fines should replace short sentences.  Example, you get caught with a bag of weed, no jail, just a $5,000 fine.   Next time $15,000 fine, third  $50,000 and after that, either 5 years jail, or deportation.  Simple, Effective, Econimical...  But way to "harsh" for most which is why we'll continue spending millions so Jonny Pot Head can get his degree and watch Direct TV for the next ten years...

  6. Anyone who kills, permanently injures, or rapes a child under thirteen should get a life sentence.  Period.

And anyone with two convictions within ten years, or three convictions ever; for felony sexual assault, felony assault, homicide, arson, armed robbery, or child molesting or pornography.

Let's get all the non-violent offenders out of prison, and make room to really keep the ten percent of the population who commit ninety percent of the violent crime.  Eventually, we'll start locking them up before they can reproduce.
