1) a friend Kevin slept over at my house and he left his jacket hanging on a chair. I went over to the chair he left it on when he was not around and took the jacket and hid it someplace like a drawer then later on he was looking for his jacket but couldn't find it then leaves and I end up keeping and having his jacket

2)During snack recess(a time where people can eat their snacks) I was wondering around then I saw a cookie wrapped up laying on a bench.I went over to that bench opened the cookie and ate it.Then the staff found out that the cookie I ate belonged to a boy named Kevin and he was not around when I ate his cookie and did not even know about it

the first one is nothing just give it back or he could charge u with stealing if he cares enough.

the second one is a joke. no goes to jail for eating another kids cookie. it'd have to be a MAD good cookie to go to jail over
