A 20-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night, accused of punching another man (me) in the face and stealing his cell phone, police said.

Manuel Vasquez, of 29 Ferris Ave., was charged with third-degree robbery, a felony. The incident occurred about 8:15 p.m. near Fisher Avenue and Bank Street, police said.

The victim, a 20-year-old city man, told police he was walking on Fisher Avenue when Vasquez came up to him and asked for his phone, police said. The man said when he refused, Vasquez punched him in the face, knocked him to the ground and held him down with his foot. 11. being hit would be assault but since you were robed then it was aggravated assault if its BS and that's not how it went down then its slander. A third degree robbery would be the same as aggravatedd assault.

  12. You were mugged. The assailant was charged with a felony robbery. If it was up to me he would do 5 to 10 years in prison. Unfortunately, because of the stupid drug war, our prisons are full of non-violent contraband peddlers with mandatory sentences so this  maggot will probably be released early.
