  1. Burglary

    Burglary

    Robbery

    All are felonies in Texas. 2-10 on the burglaries (more if repeat offenders) and up to 20 for the robbery.

    Your mileage may vary by state.

  2. Varies according to state and county, but most likely

    1> felony  - based on $ amount

    2> either, based on $ amount and prosecutor

    3> Felony assault.

  3. Each state defines their laws and sentences differently.  in my state, the first two are burglary (entry with intent to steal) and can each net ten years.  The third is robbery and has a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 15 years.  Oh yea, for each, if the theft is completed and the value is more than  $250, add an additional charge of grand larceny and another ten years for each such larceny.

  4. 1.  Burglary (misd/felony), grand theft (felony), trespass (misd), vandalism (misd) - 3-6 yrs prison max

    2.  Burglary (misd/felony), grand(felony)/petit(misd) theft - 3-6 years prison max

    3. robbery (felony), assault (felony) - 6 years prison max

    This is just an estimate based on the limited and unclear facts provided.  The answer depends on your state, the definitions of crimes there, the sentencing schemes, the age of the perpetrators, and various other factors attendant to the crimes which may enhance or mitigtate the sentence.

  5. 1= burglary building 2nd degree felony

    2= burgary building 2nd degree felony

    3= battery & assault 3rd degree felony & theft 2nd degree misdemeanor
