  1. People grow a little of everything...

    As was the Acerola Cheery.

Aloe Vera also abounds all over Barbados

    -----

There's mostly Sugar Cane grown in Barbados today....

But I know tons of people that grow all kinds of things in their large tracts of land...  Pomagranetes, Passionfruit, Grapes, Oranges, Golden Apples, Breadfruits, Tomatoes, Yams, Potatoes, Cabbage, Lettuce, Cucuomber, Squash, Pumpkins, Cassavas, Ackies, Lemons, Cotton, Coconuts, Aloe Vera... And tons more stuff I know I'm forgetting.

One of the reasons why Barbados was one of the richest colonies in the Caribbean is because anything plantable that you stick in the ground to grow will take off......

  2. There's also a small tobacco crop used for making cigars.

  3. Sugar cane

  4. sugar cane is the main crop so much so in fact that there are very limited trees on the island and once the cane has been harvested the temperature drops as there is no vegetation to block the wind.

  5. rum distillery,mount g*y rum,rum of Barbados.

banana plantations, also only one windmill working sugarcane factory.
