  1. Ooh, I want to know the same thing!

  2. Don't know of any cruise line that allows less than at least one 21-year old guest in a cabin.

Carnival wants either a 25-year guest or booked next to the parents cabin.

Check out www.vacationstogo.com for good deals on cruises.

  3. I can tell you what lines will not allow it.

    Holland America

    Princess

    Carnival

    Cunard

    Costa

    Yuacths of Seabourn

    Windstar

You can try - most likely not though.  Unless you are 19+ and married

    Disney

    NCL

    Celebrity

    Royal Caribbean

  4. I answered a very similar question for someone about two weeks ago and received a "Best Answer" for my response.  I am happy to repeat that answer for you.

    ---------------------------------

As a matter-of-fact, Princess is one of the only cruise lines I know that will allow guests to book at 18 years of age! They do not have a requirement that at least one guest be 21 years old.

However, you must be 21 years old to drink.

    PS.

I just called Princess to make sure that I remembered correctly, and they re-confirmed that they will allow 18 year-olds on their own!

Now, as to the second part of your question, the absolute best answer I can give you is not to use a travel website, but to talk to a good travel agent. Tell him/her what your needs are, and that "you are looking for the best deal".

There is no additional cost or hidden fees for their services and you'll have a name and a face to speak to, rather than merely inputting your name, address and credit card into an on-line form and hoping for the best! Personal service is everything.

As far as what's included and what's not included in your cruise price, here's a little guide:

    - Included - Ship accommodations, ocean transportation, most meals, coffee/tea/juices, most entertainment, and port taxes.

    - Not Included - Any item of a personal nature including but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, spa and salon treatments, specialty coffees, shore excursions, gratuities, air transportation, transfers, photographs, medical services,

I alway find that planning my vacation is one of the most enjoyable part of my vacation.  Bon Voyage!

I hope this information is helpful

  5. Good luck!  Most cruises consider anyone under 21 a minor and they have to room with someone over that age (an adult) or have an adjoining or adjacent room.

When I went on Carnival in 2005, they used the 21 rule.  I remember because I was 19 and I had to room with my older brother.  But they could have changed that rule by now.  Not sure.

  6. All cruise lines require that at least one person in each cabin meets a minimum age requirement. The information that follows was provided by the cruise lines at the time of this writing, is subject to change, and should be verified with your Vacations To Go cruise counselor prior to booking.

The lowest minimum age requirement for any cruise line is 18. The following cruise lines require that at least one person in each cabin is 18 or older: American West Steamboat Company, Cruise West, Cunard, Oceania, Orient Lines, P&O Cruises, Peter Deilmann, Regent (Radisson) Seven Seas Cruises, SeaDream, Star Clippers, Uniworld and Windjammer.

The following cruise lines require that either 1) All passengers in a cabin must be 18 or older, or 2) If anyone in the cabin is younger than 18 years old, someone in the cabin must be 21 or older: Clipper, Disney Cruise Line, GAP Adventures, Princess Cruises, Silversea and Viking River Cruises.

The following cruise lines require that at least one person in each cabin is 21 or older: Celebrity, Costa (25 for March and April sailings), Crystal Cruises, Delta Queen Steamboat Company, Discovery World Cruises, MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean and Seabourn Cruise Line.

The following cruise lines require that either 1) All passengers in a cabin must be 21 or older, or 2) If anyone in the cabin is younger than 21 years old, someone in the cabin must be 25 or older: Carnival, Holland America and Windstar Cruises.

One exception to these age requirements is made for underage married couples, who as long as they are both 18 are allowed to board unaccompanied. These couples may be asked to show proof of their marriage.

Your age on the date of sailing is generally considered your age for the length of the cruise.
