  1. Oatmeal with apple slices, Baked, Broiled or Grilled Salmon and Tilapia with (can you belive it) coleslaw with original, regular mayo (protein), or Eggs and that low-fat Tyson Bacon (I make it for my younger neice.)

  17. Believe it or not...a cheese burger with ketchup.

    Why? The sugar from the ketchup immediatly provides instant power...then the protiens from the meat/cheese kick in. Lastly the carbs from the bun and fillers. That is why they say each a cheese burger before a test!
