  1. Umm iuno

Different sports. Brits watch soccerwe watch aussie football. Soccer isnt that big in Australia and I hear in England soccer is really big.

Also Im gonna guess and say it is hotter.

  2. Aussies often live a more austere lifestyle than people from the UK for one thing.

  3. I think we are very close in most ways.less of a class system here.People with money or who are good at sport seem to get more respect, where in Britain it seems to be more of who your family is.Australians have a more relaxed attitude(She'll be right mate)sort of thing. But I still reckon most Australian,New Zealand and British are really quite similar.

  4. If you visit most areas of Perth, you will think there are no cultural differences at all. In fact you will swear the accents sound exactly the same as back in Britain.

About 40% of Perth were born in Britain, and about half of them came here within the last twenty years.

    That's about 1.5 million

Most of the rest of us in Perth, either have parents from Britain or trace our ancestors to Britain.

Perth is not very "multicultural" compared to sydney or Melbourne.

  5. Brits favourite food is fish &chips washed down with a cuppa

Aussies is pie and sauce washed down by a cold beer.

Brits wear socks with their sandals.

Aussies wear thongs on their feet and some on their ****

    Brits think soccer is football

    Aussie know its not

    Brits invented cricket

Aussies live, breathe and win it.

    Brits have a class system.

Aussies like to think they don't

Both of us like to have a good laugh at the expense of each other.

  6. We are more laid back. We don't have a faudal system. I don't know much else.

  7. Australians talk to strangers.  Poms don't.

  8. Aussies are more laid back and anti-establishment than the Brits I find.  Maybe it is a throw back to their convict days when they were transported.    There is also a lot less of the social classes here apart from a few SNOBS who think they are better than others, but you will get them everywhere.
