What culture is most interesting to you and why?

i can say what cultures aren,t interesting to me,   alot of the American culture,   the Celtic cultures,     the Latin and south american cultures, the American Indians Primitive cultures, primitive art does not interest me,    

i like the oriental cultures, the Russian or Bolshavik cultures,   Poland, Romaina, ect,    the French and Germans, European cultures

Biker culture bores me, the Bikes are cool, the culture is not,    to me,  to each his own,    the drug culture is taboo, no wheresville,

dudsville      

the cultures of the intellect science  art,   tech    all interesting, to a degree,     as for the "spiritual "   monk and hermit  have some appeal, to live a spartan life, has appeal existing cultures surrounding metaphysics, nahhh,     the counter culture, nahhh,    more nonsense,

The White culture. Without them, the rest of the world would still be living in the Stone Age.

Latin American/Native American culture. We seem to gloss over all their accomplishments and innovations. Sure, we hear about the Mayan calender, but do we hear about the Aztec warriors and their military that often? How about their religious system? Nope. Also, Natives are somewhat skipped over in classrooms. Yeah, we hear about how settlers took their land, but we don't hear about how they were tolerant of homosexuality, and how they were put through a system in which to assimilate them (putting the children in schools to Anglicize them).

And of course, Ancient Zimbabwean culture. One of the greatest Empires in Africa. You know, when the ruins were first discovered, people thought the Phoenicians came to Africa and built it because it was "too advanced" for Africans to accomplish? And then they were proven wrong.

American history classes epically fail.

Of all the countries I visited, the culture of Madagascar is the most interesting.  It's very hard to say why.  Mostly it is because Madagascar is so different.  I just can't explain why really, but if you see a Madagascar movie in a theater in Madagascar (there's one called "Rex" in Antananarivo), you might begin to understand.
