  1. RASHO NESTEROVIC

  2. from what i see from last year playoffs and Final

    i gotta say Paul pierce

  3. James Posey, Shane Battier, Artest or Bruce Bowen.

  4. There is no one guy that can guard them!!

  5. Definetly Shane Battier.

HE will make you miss a bunch of shots

  6. Bowen and Artest.

Bowen has already shown that despite his age, he can keep up with LeBron. He's got the lateral movement to stay in front of this man and the length and height to bother shots. Not to mention tenacity. Playing Kobe or LeBron means you WILL get scored on but it also means that the more you make them work, the more frustrated you can make them.

Artest has the same qualities as well. Difference is, he'd take it to the hoop to make Kobe and LeBron work hard on defense as well.

2 more players I think can help in this would be Kirk Hinrich (please ignore the last bull*hit season) and Thabo Sefolosha. Kirk's already established himself as a tenacious perimeter defender, Thabo has already proved himself against Dwayne Wade. IF they can put on some weight they'd be a lot more of a challenge against Kobe and LeBron.

However, the best way to floor Kobe and LeBron is to stick an man to them and have someone to come over on the weak side for a block, steal or rebound. The Bulls had some minor success 2 years ag with Deng keeping to the man and Tyrus Thomas flying from out of nowhere.

  7. Battier, Artest, and Kobe if he has to defend LeBron and vice versa

  8. Shane Battier - he is the Rockets best defender and they have the second best defense in the league.

  9. Bruce Bowen guards pretty much the toughesst guy on every team the spurs play and in one game held lebron to 10 pts. no joke...

  10. A black guys whos like 10 feet tall

  11. through what i see: Ruben Patterson can guard Kobe Bryant. That's why they called him Kobe Stopper. But i think you need to get 3 or 4 guys to stop this guy.

To guard LeBron James, hmm. i think the refs should see his travels, i mean c'mon, what?

  12. Paul Pierce and Ron Artest

Pierce is obvious he guarded LeBron the whole Semifinals and who won the series(Boston)

In the Championship he guarded Kobe Bryant and who won the series and beat the h**l out of the overated lakers(Boston)

  13. bowen, pierce for 1 stop, and nobody can guard them

  14. i say bowen...hes annoying

  15. Kobe guarding Lebron & Lebron guarding Kobe.

  16. Paul Pierce stopped Lebron for 2 games in a 7 game series and Kobe for 5 games in a 6 game series.

    I'd pick Paul Pierce.

Sure, Bruce Bowen and Shane Battier could do it, too, but Paul Pierce can also do it at the offensive end.

  17. Mr Duke Shane Battier

  18. i put ron artest, or trevor ariza

  19. bruce bowen of the spurs. hes the best on guarding all stars like kobe, lebron, and carmelo. he one time held kobe to 12 points and in the nba finals against the cavs and u know wat happened in that finals, a four game sweep to crown the spurs the new champs

  20. Shawn Marion or Paul Pierce

    my best answer

  21. Nobody can guard Kobe 1 on 1 period. Kobe could contain LeBron, but nobody could shut him down either. Kobe is the best 1 on 1 player in the league both ways. He can score on anyone in the league and he can guard anyone in the league. Props to Ron Artest, Bruce Bowen, and Shane Battier, but they all need help to shut down Kobe and LeBron. and im out

  22. I'll go with Shane Battier. He's so underrated in my opinion, no one ever seems to give him any attention, everyone's so hyped up about Ron Artest or Bruce Bowen.

Shane Battier is a great one-on-one defender. If you ever watch him in games, it's usually him with the star defending jobs like Kobe and such which might be why he's not a great offensive player. He should've been Def. Player of the Year. He's talented and has great fundamentals and basketball IQ

  23. definitely shane battier, im not too impressed by the other mentioned defenders.

  24. nobody maybe peirce on one of his good nights

  25. Kiven Garnett, he has long hands, power.and has strong ability of jump
