Im a goalie and have been using tebias stephans prostock sherwood 9950 pro stock stick for about a year now, now my coach is making me get rid of red white and blue and have team colors, but I have no idea what curve to order online(I need on that is good for wraping pucks around boards and glass)

  1. I have a Thibaut and don't really like it but I hardly like any curve I can find on a goalie stick :|. Maybe I need to go custom.

  2. I would go with any stick that has mid curve. A huge toe curve isn't necessarily better. Just go to donsimmons.com, as they have tons of pro stock Sher-Wood sticks.

  3. I'd get the Lalime, although if you're not facing a lot of slapshots the 530 might work, just make sure it's got the foamcore blade. 6 years of playing net have taught me they hold up much better than the old-style wood blades.

Don't forget though, that your first priority is to STOP THE PUCK

Good point Felix personally my favourite was a Heaton 10 in a Brodeur midcurve. It is graphite reinforced throughout the whole stick, making it actually a bit lighter than a regular 9950, should be about the same as a pro stock / S.O.P. in the SWDs.
