What damages does <span title="Signed-AdWare.Win32.Shopper.w">Signed-AdWare.Win32.Shopp...</span> make?

i've tried to scan online a file(on virustotal.com) and only the antivirus Ikarus find this "Signed-AdWare.Win32.Shopper.w" ...actually,i've never heard of this antivirus,and i really don't know how good or bad it is...i've tried to find information about "Signed-AdWare.Win32.Shopper.w" on the internet,but i couldn't find anything about it..

    So it&#039;s better to remove them using an antispyware software such as Spybot-Search &amp; Destroy http://www.spybot.com/en/download/index....

    I also haven&#039;t heard of virustotal.com, hosted by http://www.hispasec.com/  but lucky for you it gave you a positive result for the abovementioned adware which is also categorized as Adware by other antispyware software such as F-Secure, A-Squared.
