You can go on holiday to Turkey whenever you choose, there are always flights and hotels available. However, February is the cruelest month weather wise. I live on the Aegean coast which has mild winters but we had snow here last February. There are not any package tours available at that time of year and you shouldn't expect balmy days on the beach.

If you want to visit then you should book a flight and hotel separately and not expect all inclusive accommodation. Istanbul is good all year round if you want a cultural break.

It is a bad time for flights and you will find charter flights few and far between a lot of all inclusives are shut until at least March.

in february we have bad weather in turkey. snow and rough winter. seasides places are rainy and windy sea is cold. i recommend you to visit istanbul for historical places and bursa and bolu for snow and skiing. because february its not the season for sea sun holiday

will be difficult, usually april they start. i know you cant fly to izmir as i have to fly from manchester now. try going to thomascook.com, you will be able to see from their website. the only other rhing is sometimes they wont let you go in a party of more than 9.   good luck x
