What dates over the December/Christmas period are the Metro and Buses in Paris Closed?

And what time of day do the shops normally close over the Christmas/December? And what dates are they closed?

Metroes and buses run 365 days per year.

On weekdays you have a subway train every 3 to 6 minutes.

On weekends *and holidays* you have a subway train every 5 to 10 minutes.

Stores are closed on Dec 25th but are usually exceptionnaly open 1, 2 or even 3 sundays before Christmas.

The metro and buses run a Sunday/holiday service on xmas day and new year's day. Boxing day is not a holiday in France.

Christmas is no big deal in France. They just have a huge expensive meal late on christmas eve.
