What day am i most fertile?

I had my period on 12/08/08 i have a 28/29 day cycle. So was i most fertile on 26/08/08?

You are expected to ovulate on the 26th, and your best days to make love are the 24th, the 25th, and the 26th.

Making love only on one day will not improve your chances getting pregnant.

ok, so the most fertile day is the 14th day from your first day of your period, and is 4 days up and down from that date.Which means if the first day of your period was 12.08.2008 then it means the 25.08.2008 was your most fertile day and other risky days from 21 to 29.Hope I've helped.

Dates dont mean much, you can ovulate anywhere in your cycle (early-late-or right smack in the middle) also the time after ovulation can vary, it needs to be a couple of weeks to have a good chance of implantation, but some women have shorter or longer times past ovulation.  

The best ways to calculate your ovulation period is to either take your temperature every morning before you get out of bed and document it, when you see your temperature go up considerably, it means your going to ovulate that day or the next day which means your fertile now.  The other way (my favourite) is using an ovulation detection stick, which is like a pregnancy test, but you it detects the hormones that say you are ovulating.  

There are other methods as well but these two are the best.
