What days do aau teams practice on and on what days do they play?

They play usually during spring.. They practice spring also.. USUALLY.. They play during the school year on weekends... (but remember AAU is the best players so its very tough) Glad if I can help NOW GO BALL HARD!!!

usually teams practice twice a week, for me its usually tuesday and thursday.  Games are played on the weekends with 2 games saturday and 2 sunday.
