  1. You can get a BFA in Acting which, although will contain mostly theater, will give you the full groundwork necessary to be a film actor.  Since you are also interested in directing and camera work as well, you might want to just major in film.  However, many of those programs will not emphasize the acting aspect as much.  You could major in Acting and do a Communications minor which you could in most cases make a video production concentration.  Or you could do the reverse, just major in communications and act on the side (but keep in mind the training won't be as good and most great acting programs dont offer minors).  Otherwise, research the following colleges with film programs and see if the degree description matches what you want:

USC School of Cinema and Television

    University of Utah

    New York University

    Florida State University

University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)

    Columbia Academy - Vancouver, Canada

    San Francisco State University

    University of Barcelona

    University of California, Berkeley

    Ryerson University

    University of Alabama

    University of North Texas

    Murdoch University

    University of Texas at Austin

    California State University, Long Beach

    University of Toronto

    Temple University

    Brooklyn College

North Carolina School of the Arts

Colleges with BFA acting programs obviously would be a whole seperate list.  good luck
