  1. Yes it is a very hard position to get and very competitive.

    Must have a Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA)

    Masters in Finance (minimum)

    At least 10-15 years experience in the field

  3. I think you need either an Economics degree, investment banking degree, or CPA or CFA or both. I don't think it's that hard to get though, if you have the correct qualifications. you start out from a bank job first. Cheers!
