What degree of injury will a human sustain from falling at certain heights?

If height and weight matter please use 150 lbs. and 5 foot 9 inches.

Also increments of 5 feet for the earlier stages would be appreciated.

You can break a bone just by falling down wrong. At about 15 feet you could injure some internal organs - like your spleen. At 30 feet you could actually rip your heart from the aorta -
