  1. You can get a job as a technician, working on a boat, in the field or in a lab with just a BS, preferably in Biology, Biochemistry or Marine Biology.If you want to be the boss, then you need a PhD, followed by a couple of years as a post-doctoral researcher


  2. Previously I have supplied you a plenty of information about marine biology. But, now I can see that you need a clear and intelligible simple answer, DON'T YOU?

    So, Let's say you are from Europe ,Asia or The States. And let's assume YOU are at a school level at present.

    Do as follows... ( step-wise)

    1. Finish you high school

    2. Have your graduation, matriculation or secondary schooling or whatever...... with biology, chemistry ( major)

    3. Go to some pre-studies for biology studies in the university.

    4. Take up and finish either a 3-4 years studies in the university with biological science.

    Have a degree ( B.Sc in biology)

    NOW YOU CAN WORK AS A BIOLOGIST IN MARINE, but in lower posts with lower qualification.

    SO........Take the next steps

    5. Finish M.Sc in marine biology

    NOW , you are enough qualified to high rank marine biologist.

    BUT, that's not all...

    GO ON RESEARCHING

    6. Do thesis, researches and work for few years in marine biology areas

    7. Do PhD in any selected area in marine biology.....

    NOW YOU ARE A BOSS

    And are called a specialist in Marine biology .....
