What department would I write a letter to in Microsoft, to write a complaint about the Zune?

I guess coporate companies will not talk to you if they're aware that you're recording the phone call - I have a recording of 2 of the times I've called zune and I told them this last time that I was recording the phone call after them telling me that they will not help me and they don't care that I'm an unhappy customer. They seriously do not care, and I'm writing a letter to Microsoft, telling them of my experience with Zune and their customer support.

why are you still wasting your time with them? obviously they dont care what you think so writing a letter probably wont change things.  whats wrong with your zune? have you tried other sources other than MS?  I have a zune and have issues with it but with a little google time and effort i was able to find how to fix it by myself.  see if you can find a number to a senior service representative or something so u can bypass the ppl in India and malaysia. I  had the worst customer service experiences with apple, thats why i bought a zune. Companies cant make everyone happy and the customer isnt always right, thats the reality.
