What dessert can I make with crackers and coolwhip?

I made an esclair cake and that didn't turn out good. I still have some crackers and cool whip what can I make with them.

What kind of crackers?  If they're saltines, I can't imagine...

If you mean graham crackers, I'd mix together a box of instant chocolate pudding with a small tub of cool whip, then spread it in a graham cracker crust (crust is made with crushed graham crackers, a little sugar, and just enough melted butter to make it all stick together - a couple tablespoons or so).  Chill for about 2 hours: light and easy for summer.

Make crumbs of the graham crackers and mix with some melted butter;  make a crust in a pie pan.....  then mix 1 large container thawed Cool Whip with 1 6-oz. can frozen juice concentrate (thawed) and 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened, condensed milk.  Pour into the crust and refrigerate at least 4 hours.....

Cool Whip Dessert

1 Box graham crackers

8 oz Cool whip

2 Boxes instant pudding

1 cn Chocolate frosting

1 ts Vanilla

Line a 13 x 9 pan with graham crackers.. Prepare pudding as per package directions. Fold cool whip into pudding, adding vanilla. Put half of this mixture over the graham crackers. Cover pudding with another layer of graham crackers. Cover with the remaining pudding. Top with another layer of graham crackers. The spread 1 can of chocolate frosting over the top. Chill 5 to 6 hours.
