What details should be included in a client profile for interior designers?

  1. Generaly interior designer need :

    1. As built drawing (from architect)

    2. Who user for each room

    3. Mood board

    4. Budget limit

  2. Family's last name, individual first names, their ages.

    Address / Phone / E-mail (any/all contact info)

    Scope of project: simply state what you're going to do for them.

    Budget

    Time line

    Client preferences (what their ideas are, etc.)

    Notes (anything you want to remember for later)

    Of course include the floor plan and any drawings, pics, idea boards relative to the job.

    Be sure to document your meetings, phone calls, and emails with the client(s).  Whenever possible, have them sign-off on changes, budgetary items, etc.
