What detergents are septic-friendly?

From what I understand, some detergents destroy the bacteria in the tank. Also, how many times can someone do laundry without stressing a septic system? I have heard that doing many loads in succession can cause problems in the tank. Thanks.

every so often add some white vinegar to your toilet water , that helps the bacteria in the tank
