What device can I use so that I can plug in a standard PC Mike into a wirless thing, and there is another wireless thing that picks up the signall of the mike. The second wireless thing would transfer the mike's sound into the computer.

What you are looking for is a wireless microphone system.  Here is one from Radio Shack:

There are better ones out there, but this probably would work ok.  It includes a mic, so you don't need the computer mic.

The only thing additional you will need is an adapter cable to go from the microphone receiver to the PC.  Radio Shack would have that too.
