what device (of those listed below) should be uninstalled before proceeding with the complete installation of a motherboard and assembly of the computer, to protect from damage...?

Power Supply/Monitor/Motherboard/Video Card/Processor/Ram

these are the minimum items needed to perform POST.

I would remove the RAM before putting everything together and make that the last thing installed. I'm not sure if this is correct or not.

  2. If I am reading it correctly (quite hard to understand) you want to know which items to remove from their anti-static bags etc first?

    Motherboard / Processor / Video Card / RAM / Power Supply / Monitor

    Although you could really remove them all as long as you are careful (using anti-static wristband, etc).
