In Chellis Glendinning's book _My Name is Chellis and I'm in Recovery from Western Civilization_ there is a passage that reads "At the 1992 Earth Summit President George Bush proclaimed that expanded technological development and economic growth 'will save the Earth.'"

I'm simply wondering what the exact quote was and I'm having trouble finding it.
