What did Joe Calzaghe say to Bernard Hopkins at the weigh-in?

Does anyone know? In all the news reports, it says Hopkins told Calzaghe "I'll bust out your heart." Then it says, Calzaghe "hit back with some insults of his own". Does anyone know what these were?

I was wondering if he decided to retaliate to Hopkins's racial insult. Or perhaps he made fun of the fact he's an ex-con.
