What did John McCain's body language say when he kept fingering his wedding band when S. Palin was speaking?

DId you see Cindy's face?  The parts that can still move made me wonder if Palin was going to make it to the side of McCain for more than one brief moment.

Cindy looked like she could kill.

And now I know why, no one has paid a moments attention to her or her husband since the announcement.  Its all been Sarah and teen pregnancy.

If for no other reason than taking the focus off the issues Palin shouldn't have been chosen, that shes there speaks volumes about how Republicans don't want to be too carefully scrutinized as they rail about corruption and reform in the town they have owned for the past eight years.

Then again maybe Bristol's little blessing, is exactly what they wanted, and they threw the poor child under the bus as a deflection tactic.

Because of the beatings and treatment he got as a POW, McCain cannot raise his arms above his shoulders.  Standing for long periods of time is very uncomfortable for the man because of all the broken bones that were not treated by his captors.

He is not a fast talker, obvious he is not the best at talking in front of many people (thousands etc..).

People like this I trust a lot more then fast talkers that don't say anything and who act like they are better then everyone.

Maybe he loves his wife (I know Dems won't understand this).  I think he gets twitches in his arms from 6 years in a Vietnam prison (again they won't understand).  Of course, the NORMAL person will probably understand that there is nothing to it (once again, the left won't understand).

I didn't notice that, but what I did notice was that when she was introducing the "first dude" and she said that he was still the man that she most admired in the world, McCain's entire upper body moved back away from her and he actually looked like he was expecting her to say that it was him.  Hilarious.
