  1. In other words, if you have something that can't be said in the Politically Correct way, don't say it...  This usually applies to anything negative as people don't want to hear it>>>

  4. I believe what he is saying is that if you are told  not to or if the situation calls for you to hold your tongue you should be quiet.

  6. Proposition Seven of his Tractatus Logico Philosophicus ends with his writing, "Wo von mann nicht sprechen kann, daruber muss mann schweigen."

    He was simply saying that if you cannot put it into words it is better not to say anything at all as you will end up babbling and speaking nonsense.
